Finding suitable places to eat can be difficult in a new area, never fear, yet more information can come your way, even to the extent of showing you sample menus for some of the eateries.
As with any good T.I.C. there is always a bagful of leaflets on local attractions available, everything from sheep racing to balloon trips. The Budleigh Salterton Official Guide 2009 (above right) is available from the TIC on request. We
stock a range of local guides and information, and look forward to welcoming you.

Situated
about halfway between the shops and the seafront, the TI
One
of the most useful services dispensed here is helping with accommodation enquiries
and making bookings. They hold a vast amount of information on every type of accommodation
from basic camp sites to luxury hotels, and will make bookings on your behalf
in response to an instruction by post, fax, e.mail and ‘phone, or even while
you stand in the office!
Ticket
sales for local events are yet another service offered, along with the sale of
parking permits and RADAR keys. If you fancy hiring a beach hut, look no further,
this can be arranged by the week or for the day.
